The Hindi, Urdu or other language speaking person informs you of the winning of lottery in lakhs. They even ask you to send your details including bank account number. As in multiple occasions, it is proved that it is intended for deceiving people. Ntc asks people to be cautious of such fake lottery calls. They even ask people not to send their bank account details to those fake people.
