Dish Home Earns ISO Certification, Commits for Even Better Quality Services in the Future

Dish Home has become an ISO-certified internet service provider. Its parent company Dish Media Network Pvt. Ltd. Has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification for its data center and broadband internet service.

The Americo Quality Standards Registech conferred the certification to Dish Media for its strategies, active leadership, performance evaluation, and customer service.

Dish Media runs Dish Home, Nepal’s leading DTH provider which lets people in remote regions have access to television service. Since 2020, the company ventured into the internet market and steadily reinforced its influence with clear vision and execution. Since its inception as an ISP, the company has been solid in its service expansion as well as in growing its customer base. Recently, it brought a data center into operation.

Dish Home wins ISO Certification

In 2022, the company also launched its own IPTV service iTV. Dish Home has changed the TV viewing experience in Nepal. The affordable diverse range of internet packages, digital TV service, and service expansion has been its remarkable attribute.

Dish Home operates its services efficiently with a country-spanning dealer network, a service center, and a 24-hour customer service center. The company believes its excellent customer service, agile leadership, and management have earned it the prestigious certification.

In the coming days, it has committed to upgrading its services integrating up-to-date technologies, and making its customer service more effective.

Dish Home has 2 lakh, 29 thousand, 646 fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) internet customers across Nepal. It’s a type of total only a handful of ISPs have been able to touch in the highly competitive internet market of the country.
