To activate the Ncell international data roaming pack, you need to dial *17129*2# and follow the prompts. If you are a prepaid user, you can purchase the pack by dialing *123#. Additionally, the same packs are available through the Ncell mobile app and the official website of the company. The packs can be activated before going to a particular country or after reaching there.
