eCommerce giant Daraz has announced the opening of applications for the Daraz Future Leaders Programme 2025 (DFLP). It is a group-wide management trainee initiative that’s seeking South Asia’s best talents from Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
The program seeks to develop local talents and contribute to a growing online shopping ecosystem in the region.

Daraz Future Leaders Programme starts in July 2025. The programme provides selected trainees with first-hand experience of structured rotations in key business functions. It will be a 15-month rotational programme. Trainees will get input and guidance from senior leadership, and the participants will get to engage with local and group-level strategists. The training provides participants with exposure to different departments across the markets.
Do remember that the application for the program begins on April 21 (Baisakh 8) and opens for 14 days.
Who is eligible to apply for DFLP 2025?
Individuals who have graduated within the past years can apply for the Daraz Future Leaders Programme (DFLP) 2025. Besides, you must have a strong foundation in academic excellence and analytical skills.
