Honor has finally launched the Honor Pad 8 in China. The tablet arrives with impressive specs and features on it. It is the successor to the Honor V7 tablet that was launched last year in China. So, here, let us know more about the specs, features, availability, and Honor Pad 8 Price in Nepal.

Starting off with the design, the Honor Pad 8 comes with a similar design as that of other Android tablets out on the market. It has a thin and light metal body. The back shell is made of an anodized sandblasting process so the hand feels delicate. The tablet has a thickness of 6.9 mm and weighs only 520 grams. It is available in various color options like Dawn Gold, Dawn Blue, and Mint Green.
It flexes an enormous 12-inch 2K IPS LCD panel with a screen resolution of 2000 x 2000 pixels. The tablet has a narrow bezel of 7.2mm. It also supports the 10:6 aspect ratio, 1.07 billion colors, 350 nits brightness, 1500:1 screen contrast, 87% screen ratio, 195 PPI density, and more. There is also TUV Rheinland hardware-level low blue light, no flicker, and eye protection certification.
Talking about the optics of the Honor Pad 8, it comes with a 5 MP single AI rear camera. While at the front, it has a 5MP selfie camera. It is not an excellent choice to do photography via the tablet.

Under the hood, Honor Pad 8 comes powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor. It is an octa-core processor based on a 6 nm processing that clocks a maximum of up to 2.4 GHz. For handling graphics, it has Adreno 610 GPU. It comes coupled with 4/6/8GB of RAM and offers 128GB of internal storage onboard.
Whereas on the software front, the device runs on MagicUI 6.1, based on Android 12 OS. It also comes with the support for multi-screen collaboration, an application split screen that offers free adjustment of three-speed windows, and new upgraded Smart desktop experiences.
Honor Pad 8 boasts a large Non-removable 7,250mAh battery. It also comes with the support of 22.5W fast charging technology. It charges via a USB Type-C port. The brand claims that it offers up to 22 hours of video playback time and has a standby time of 59 days. So you won’t need to worry about your fast drainage of battery.
Talking about the connectivity of the device, it features WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.1, OTG, USB Type-C, USB On-The-Go, loudspeakers (8 speakers), etc. The tablet also supports Huawei’s Histen sound effects as well as DTS:X Ultrasound for an exceptional sound experience.
The Honor Pad 8 price in Nepal is expected to be around Rs. 28,999 for the 4/128GB variant, Rs. 34,999 for the 6/128GB variant, and Rs. 39,999 for the 8/128GB variant. It is available in three different color variants Dawn Gold, Dawn Blue, and Mint Green. Honor Pad 8 costs CNY 1,499 for the base variant. It is now available for pre-order in the Chinese market.
