Ncell brings League of Creators, a hunt for digital talents

Ncell has launched a League of Creators national talent hunt program in collaboration with Uptrendly. The initiative aims to identify the next generation of digital content creators. The lucky participant gets a brand deal worth a million (10 lakh). Here, we have more details.

The campaign runs with the slogan ‘Create. Compete. Conquer.’ According to the telco, it will run in multiple phases where creators will get a perfect platform to showcase their talents under the theme My Network, My Connectivity’. The benefit? A humongous brand deal, national exposure, and exclusive rewards. The brand deal worth Rs 10 lakh is with Ncell that will be effective for a year.

Ncell says that the participants in its League of Creators campaign will get training from the country’s leading content creators. The list includes prominent digital space influencers such as Sanjog Koirala, Pratima Adhikari, Mr. Foodie Nepal, Parakram Rana, and Ekata Tandukar. They will be serving as the participants’ mentors during the campaign.

“This is more than just a contest, it’s a creative development journey that brings together mentorship with hands-on workshops, real-world exposure, high-stakes challenges, and exciting rewards. Through this initiative, we aim to empower the next generation of Nepali digital content creators by providing them with a platform to learn, grow, and inspire change through impactful content. As part of Nepal’s digital ecosystem, we are committed to nurturing talent and driving transformation,” said Punam Singh, Director of Marketing Communications and Sustainability at Ncell.

Ncell League of Creators application

The registration for the Ncell League of Creators is open for all Nepali citizens aged 16 and above. It’s not necessary for the aspirants to have prior experience. They are invited to submit “a 30-90 second vertical video exploring persona or emotional interpretation of connectivity.” According to Ncell, the video must be posted on both TikTok and Instagram, tagging @Ncell and using the designated mentor hashtags. For e.g., #TeamSanjog along with #NcellLeagueOfCreators2025 in the caption. The deadline to submit the video is June 10, 2025.

According to Ncell, the top 50 creators will be selected from across Nepal. They will be selected by the mentors for mentorship and exclusive training. During the campaign, 5 mentor-led teams will undergo workshops at Ncell ICON. Participants will have to go through challenge rounds with creative briefs and evaluation by expert jury members.

Ncell League of Creators registration

The grand finale carnival of the Ncell League of Creators will take place on June 28, 2025, with a live entertainment program. The winner wins a 1-year brand deal with Ncell worth Rs 10 lakh. Other prize includes training with Nepal’s top creators, nationwide visibility, and networking opportunities. Ncell says that industry leaders from Ncell and the US Embassy will guide the participating digital creators and judge their entries.
