The renewal packs of Ncell is gaining immense popularity. As per Ncell, the innovative scheme has already gained over 200,000 subscribers in just over a month after its launch on February 25, 2025.

Celebrating its milestone user base, the company said, “The “ON Renewal” family is always growing, and we are very excited to welcome you here. To date, more than 200,000 customers have joined the family, and we are ready to welcome you to this family.”

Ncell launched its renewal packs as part of its Sadhain ON theme, hence called Sadhain on Renewal Packs. The company introduced it to provide easy and affordable data packs. Unlike other Ncell data packs, a renewal pack comes with a 30-day validity period, unlimited calls, YouTube, etc.

Seems that the public has received the plan extremely well. For e.g., a regular Ncell Sadhain ON pack comes with a 28-day validity. Ncell has upped its customer service with its auto-renewal packs.

The service enables customers to use data on the go. Employees, housewives, businesspeople, students, or ride-hailing drivers like inDrive or Pathao, they depend on data for their online presence. Ncell has helped them all with this innovative plan.

Other reasons Ncell Renewal Packs receive immense popularity

And the popularity of the Ncell renewal packs also lies in its resource rollback feature. When some volume of your data, voice, or any resource remains even after reaching the validity, they carry over to the next subscription. And as the pack is renewed automatically, resources join the new subscription cycle themselves. It’s a great convenience for users.

And if you were wondering, Ncell does send notifications about the renewal time and date to ensure customers get information about their pack.

Additionally, the pack takes away all the complexities of Pay As You Go (PAYG) use, which comes costly. You also don’t need to worry of dialling USSD codes to buy plans. Ensure that you have enough balance for a pack and Ncell does the rest which has brought renewal packs such popularity in a short span.

The renewal packs have helped users use the company’s voice, data, and SMS services without interruptions. Also, subscribers can buy a pack according to their budget and need.

You can subscribe to a renewal pack on Ncell app or by dialing *123*9# on the phone app.

Foreign countries have already started this type of service. In Nepal, Ncell and Nepal Telecom (NTC) are also adopting subscription-style mobile services. The auto renewal packs is a good start from the private telco- Ncell.

Have you subscribed to an Ncell renewal pack? If you have, then do share your experiences of using it while indoors or going out of home. You can also share about how it compares with other Ncell packs.
