OPPO has designed the A5 Pro 4G phone with inspiration from nature. The phone comes in Olive Green which is inspired by olive groves and features a vegan texture. Meanwhile, the Mocha Brown color variant takes after morning coffee and boasts a smooth texture. Both variants feel fresh and premium in hand. The phone is IP69, IP68, and IP66-certified so it can withstand strong water jets and hot water up to 80⁰C.

The phone comes with a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display with 1,000 nits of brightness. The screen’s other key features include a 90 Hz refresh rate and 720 x 1604 pixels. The screen gets its protection from a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. Another highlight of the phone is that you can use the phone even with gloves on thanks to an OPPO multi-touch technology.

OPPO has used Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 1 chipset for this phone. The processor is fabricated using an 11 nm process. Our Honest Verdict

OPPO A5 Pro 4G is a mix of some great features and some lack of. Most noticeably, the phone excels with a huge battery and a decent display. It’s an HD+ screen (720p) but that also means you get better battery efficiency. But again an FHD+ screen would have been a more welcoming aspect. Plus, at this price, a 5G support could have become more admirable. But you can argue that 4G does serve all the needs.

But nonetheless, the phone is highly durable and its battery life is a steal. You can count on the phone’s underwater photography and BeaconLink call feature as unique selling points too. The phone competes with the likes of Redmi Note 14 5G and realme C75.
