Realme GT Neo 2T Unveiled With Dimensity 1200AI SoC, 65W Fast Charging, and More

Realme has launched a new smartphone Realme GT Neo 2T in China. The brand launched the smartphone at an event in China. Although the phone sounds similar to Realme GT Neo 2, they differ from each other in their discrete design and various specs. The smartphone boasts features like a 120Hz refresh rate, Dimensity 1200 AI SoC, 65W charging, 64-megapixel triple cameras, 4500mAh battery, and more. Realme GT Neo 2T Overview

Design And Display

Starting off with the design of the smartphone, Realme GT Neo 2T comes with a beautiful and gorgeous design. It has a glass build with a Glass front, a plastic frame, and a plastic back. The phone has dimensions of 158.5 x 73.3 x 8.4 mm and weighs only 186 gm. There’s also a punch-hole cutout that houses the front camera. The phone arrives in two different colors such as  Jet Black, and Glaze White.  

Realme GT Neo 2T flaunts a large 6.43 inches Full HD+ Samsung AMOLED display along with a screen resolution of 2400 X 1080 pixels, and a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with an aspect ratio of 20:9, 91.7% screen-to-body ratio, HDR10, a 360Hz touch sampling rate, an 800,000:1 contrast ratio, 409 PPI density, 1000 nits of peak brightness, and covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. For biometrics, the device supports face unlock, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.  

Optics

Moving on to the optics of the smartphone, Realme GT Neo 2T flaunts a triple rear camera setup in a rectangular module. It consists of a 64 MP primary camera with an f/1.79 aperture, an 8 MP ultra-wide lens with 119.7° FOV & f/2.3 aperture, and a 2 MP macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture. On the front, Realme GT Neo 2T houses a 16 MP selfie camera along with f/2.5 aperture and FOV 78° to snap beautiful selfies. 

Talking about the videography of the device, the rear cameras are capable of recording videos of up to 4K@30/60fps, 1080p@30/60/480fps, gyro-EIS. On the other hand, the front camera records a video up to 1080p@30fps. The smartphone equips various camera features such as super night scene, panoramic, professional, time-lapse photography, background blur, HDR, super wide-angle, super macro, AI scene recognition, AI beauty, filters, colorful mode, super text, portrait distortion correction, AI ID photo, etc.

Realme GT Neo 2T Performance

As for the performance of the smartphone, Realme GT Neo 2T is powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 1200 AI version 5G processor. It is an octa-core chipset based on TSMC’s 6 nm process technology with Eight-core processors and the CPU frequency is up to 3.0GHz. For graphics, it has an ARM G77 MC9 GPU with 886MHz. In terms of memory configuration, it is coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. There’s also a virtual RAM expansion option of up to 7GB. On the software front, Realme GT Neo 2T runs on Android 11-based realme UI 2.0

Realme GT Neo 2T is also equipped with a 3D tempered VC liquid cooling system. It greatly improves the heat transfer efficiency, the internal water vapor circulation of VC is faster, the heat dissipation effect is outstanding, and it brings a gaming-level heat dissipation experience. The Core temperature drop can reach up to 15°C. It is also equipped with flagship dual stereo speakers that offer a High-end immersive sound experience and further enhances your gaming experience. 

Battery And Others

Realme GT Neo 2T is equipped with a 4,500mAh large battery. It comes with a support of 65 W smart flash charging and also supports reverse charging. Realme claims that the phone charges in just 35 minutes. The phone has a USB Type-C interface charger included inside the box to charge.

It is available for pre-order and will be available for purchase starting November 1 in China. Realme GT Neo 2T is expected to be priced around Rs. 40,999 for the base variant in Nepal if it launches here. The smartphone will be competing with the likes of Samsung Galaxy M52 5G, Poco F3, OnePlus Nord CE, etc for superiority in Nepal.
