Realme has officially launched two Narzo series devices in Nepal, with Realme Narzo 50A and Narzo 50i. Realme devices are going well in the country, achieving the third-largest smartphone brand in Nepal for Q3, 2021. Now they want to expand their range of devices with the Narzo series. Back on September 24, 2021, Realme hosted an Online Virtual event where it launched these two phones in India. Thereafter, the sales have already begun from October 7, 2021. Just like its previously launched predecessor Narzo series, this Narzo 50 series is also targeted towards youth. Let’s look at all the features of both of these phones and what they have to offer.

Realme Narzo 50A & 50i
There are similarities as well as a few differences between Realme Narzo 50A and Narzo 50i. First of all, let’s talk about the display. Both devices have the same display of 6.5-inch HD+ IPS LCD with 1600x720p resolution. Even their screen-to-body ratio is the same and so is the Mini-drop notch.
Now coming to the design, here is where a few changes start to occur. Both devices have a diagonal Stripe design, but the Narzo 50A has Diagonal Stripe on Left Side while the Narzo 50i has on the bottom. Similarly, the Fingerprint Sensor is fitted inside the Camera Module on Narzo 50A. On the other hand, there’s no integration of the fingerprint sensor on the Narzo 50i.
Talking about the camera module, there’s Triple AI Camera Setup in Narzo 50A where’s there’s a Single 8MP AI Rear Sensor in Narzo 50i. The Narzo 50A boasts 50MP AI Main Sensor + 2MP Macro Sensor + 2MP Portrait Sensor setup. On the front, there’s a single 8MP Sensor on Narzo 50A and a single 5MP Sensor on Narzo 50i.
Inside the Narzo 50A, the MediaTek Helio G85 Gaming chipset is embedded along with a 2.0GHz Octa-core CPU, 4GB RAM, and 64GB/128GB of built-in storage. Meanwhile, the Narzo 50i sports a 1.6GHz Octa-core CPU, 2GB/4GB RAM as well as 32GB/64GB of built-in storage. You can clearly see the differences between the hardware of these devices here.
Also, Narzo 50A runs on Realme UI 2.0 whereas Narzo 50i runs on Realme UI Go Edition. Both software is based on Android 11 though. Our Verdict On Narzo series
Realme Narzo 50A is a budget device while the Narzo 50i is an entry-level budget device. For the price, the Narzo 50A seems to be a good value for money phone here. It has a better chipset, better battery, and more RAM/Storage which everyone looks out for. However, it depends on an individual needs.
