Samsung Monsoon Camp without a warranty
Samsung says that its monsoon campaign doesn’t require a warranty status from customers. That means, if you have a Samsung phone but without a valid warranty, you can still avail of this repair campaign.
All you need to do is visit your nearby authorized Samsung Service Center, and you can get your phone’s charging port replaced if damaged, and it’s for free.

But while the port replacement is free, you will need to bear the cost for labor charges and the cost of any additional parts that may be required.
“At Samsung Nepal, we are committed to ensuring our customers enjoy a worry-free experience with their devices, no matter the season. The monsoon often brings humidity and water-related risks that can affect smartphones, especially the charging port. Through the Samsung Monsoon Camp, we aim to provide preventive care and support, helping our users protect their phones and stay connected safely throughout the rainy season,” said Mr. Rajan Bhattarai, Deputy General Manager, Head of CS.
