Vivo has launched a new entry-level smartphone Vivo Y15s in Nepal. The launch happened on the occasion of its 4-year anniversary celebration that falls on Dec 15. Vivo Nepal is expected to launch various products and bring offers to make the event grander. The smartphone boasts a large HD+ display, Mediatek Helio P35 SoC, 13-megapixel dual cameras, a massive 5,000mAh battery, and many more features. Talking about the design of the smartphone, Vivo Y15s comes with a similar design as that of other entry-level phones. The phone has a sleek and classy look making it more attractive. It has a glass front, plastic frame, and plastic back. The smartphone is 8.28mm thick and weighs only 179 gm. The rear camera has a rectangular design. It also has a water-drop notch to house the selfie camera.
Vivo Y15s flaunts a large 6.51 inches IPS LCD HD+ Halo FullView display panel along with a screen resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. It also has a 20:9 aspect ratio, an 83.0% screen-to-body ratio, and 270 PPI density. The device also features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner that unlocks the phone quickly.
As for the optical department of the smartphone, Vivo Y15s sports a dual-camera setup at the rear. It is led by a 13 MP primary camera with f/2.2 aperture accompanied by a 2 MP Macro Lens with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash. While on the front the smartphone houses an 8 MP Selfie with an f/2.0 aperture to capture beautiful selfies.

As for graphics, it features a PowerVR GE8320 GPU. In terms of memory configuration, it is coupled with the 3GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB eMMC 5.1 internal storage. On the software front, Vivo Y15s runs on Funtouch OS 11.1 based on Android 11 (Go edition). As Vivo has started supporting VoLTE in Nepal, the latest Y15s should support Ntc’s Volte.
Talking about the battery prowess of the smartphone, Vivo Y15s is backed up by the Non-removable Li-Po 5,000mAh battery. It also comes with the support for 10W fast charging technology.
