Nepal Telecom has announced several discounts offers to its customers, on the occasion of the 9th anniversary. Every year they celebrate the date of being a company on Magh 22. The Government-owned company started celebrating since 2006. They also have been giving some offers marking their anniversary. This year NT anniversary offers to include for their PSTN service, SMS, night mobile calls, international calls, and additional WiMAX data package.

Here is the detail of the NT anniversary offers.
- 225 local calls free with the minimum rental in PSTN in the month of Falgun.
- It includes in the monthly charge of Rs 200.
- Effective date: 2069-11-01 to 2070-01-31
- 50 percent discount for SMS in GSM, CDMA mobile in this week.
- Half discount for SMS from GSM and CDMA within own network
- Normal charge of an SMS is Rs 1
- Effective date: 2069-10-22 to 2069-11-30
- Night Mobile call rates @ 30 paisa per minute for this week.
- Night time (10 pm to 6 am)
- Within NT network only
- Effective date: 2069-10-22 to 2069-11-30
- International Call using access code 1424 at Rs 7.75 to Australia, at Rs 4 to the UK
- Valid till 2069-11-30
- Additional 10 GB WiMAX data package to corporate customers.
- Valid for 32 GB/ 48 GB/ 60 GB packages
- Valid till 2069-11-30
- All of the above charges are exclusive of the applicable government taxes.
