Nokia’s recent comeback phones are known to be available in Nepal. After the owning of Nokia brand by HMD Global, they had launched Nokia 6 in China. Then they had made public 3 new phones including Nokia 3, 5 and 3310 (2017 version of popular feature phone 3310) at Mobile world congress (MWC), Barcelona. Nokia new phones are now being available in the world market. India is also set to launch these new phones in June. Recently it is heard to have these New Nokia phones in Nepal.

Nokia is a very popular brand here in Nepal. In 2012, we had a survey about mobile phones in Nepal, and Nokia turned out to be No.1. Similarly in 2015, we had found Nokia still at second place after Samsung. This year it could be different here, we will soon publish top ten phone company in Nepal, according to combination of latest surveys. But the popular brand is known to land here in Nepal soon.
Paramount Electronics, the authorized distributor of Nokia phones in Nepal is planning to launch the new Nokia phones: Nokia 3, 5 and the colorful reboot of 3310 here. As known, China only Nokia 6 will take some time to be here. Previously, they were also selling Lumia phones in Nepal, which was a Microsoft collaboration and a Windows phone. Now all of their smartphones will be in latest Android platform.

Above prices are just a translation from original announced price in Europe and similar in India. The price in Nepal may vary in some amount.
Update: Nokia 3310 is already available here in Nepal with price of Rs 5250 whereas Nokia 3 is also known to be available in limited numbers in Kathmandu. Due to this, the phones are still not advertised with a launch bang. They will soon release all new Nokia phones including Nokia 3, Nokia 5, Nokia 6 here in Nepal, once they get those in sufficient numbers. Read here for more updates.
