In terms of customer base, WorldLink boasts an exceptional figure. The company states that it has around 9.30 lakh unique customers across Nepal which is much higher than fiber internet users of any ISPs. As much as its services are convenient, payment is also easy. WorldLink has made arrangements for easy payment via digital wallets and mobile banking apps adding more convenience and ease to the customers.

Likewise, the MyWorldLink mobile app lets users access many WorldLink services within a few taps. But there is more to the company than just providing FTTH and IPTV services. The company also provides Gamers Package and WiFi 6 router for unprecedented broadband performance.

The company provides free WiFi hotspots in 14,000 spots including hotels, airports, restaurants, sporting venues, etc. The Kathmandu-based ISP is also very active in fulfilling its Corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Going ahead, WorldLink plans to issue its Initial Public Offering (IPO) and has also shared the desire to start a telecommunication service. The company has over 5,000 employees serving directly at its various offices.
