NTC partners Sudurpaschim Royals as telecom partner in NPL

Nepal Telecom (NTC) has reached a partnership deal with Sudurpaschim Royals, a participating team in the Nepal Premiere League (NPL) T20 cricket competition.The move makes the telecom company a key collaborator for the NPL franchise team this season.

The two entities formalized their agreement on 2081-Mangsir-04 at the company’s central office at Bhadrakali Plaza, kathmandu. As per this cooperation, Nepal Telecom will serve as the telecom partner for the Sudurpaschim Royals.

The agreement papers were signed by the telecom giant’s managing director Sangita Pahadi and Prakash Khadka, the Chief Executive officer (CEO) of the NPL franchise team.

On the occasion of the signing ceremony, NT MD Pahadi shared that the company has always contributed for the development of sports in Nepal. She also mentioned that the company also has a long connection with cricket and expressed her delight at being a part of NPL 2024 via its partnership with Sudurpaschim Royals.

Recenlt, Ncell also partnered with CAN as its “Powered By” partner and will show live screen of the NPL fixtures. Ntc has also now become a part of it via its partnership with a paticipating team.

NTC partners Sudurpaschim Royals as its telecom partner

With this partnership, Nepal Telecom will be an official partner of Sudurpaschim Royals throughout the tournament as its telecom partner. NT MD Pahadi stated that NPL 2024 will prove as a milestone to take Nepali cricket to a new height.  

She also extended her gratitude to Sudurpaschim Royals for their cooperation with the company.

NPL 2024 is starting November 30, 2024 (Mangsir 15, 2081) and has eight teams participating in a rouind-robin format. It follows with playoffs and the final fixture on December 21 (Poush 06). All the NPL matches will air love on Star Sports.
