Nepal Telecom (NTC) has restored its caller ring back tone (CRBT) service. The company released a notice confirming the full function of the feature after a technical inspection.
On Tuesday, September 2, the Ntc CRBT service had issues and was disrupted. The company didn’t share the exact details but said that it was due to technical reasons. It also looked uncertain as to when the service would come live again. Thankfully, it didn’t take long.

“Nepal Telecom’s CRBT, which was disrupted due to a technical issue, has resumed,” the company said. It also added that it’s committed to providing services as per customers’ demand and necessity.
