Ncell App has reached the 10 million download milestone, making it one of Nepal’s most used apps. Marking this occasion, the private telco has announced a 10-day celebration campaign.

The telco’s official app consists of all the features and an intuitive and user-friendly design. It’s super easy to use and includes the entire suite of features for customers, making it the one-stop digital solution.

Ncell App features range from usual data pack purchase to the ability to play online/offline games, and more.

With the Ncell App, customers can easily access a wide range of services without needing to dial short codes or visit nearby points of sale or Ncell Centres. From simple top-ups to buying packs, registering grievances, balance transfers, online/offline games, service activation/deactivation, and more, the app has become an essential gateway for customers seeking seamless digital service experiences.

Ncell brings an offer to celebrate 10 million app downloads

Ncell says that under its 10-day celebration campaign, 10 lucky customers every day will win 10 GB of all-time data for 10 days. According to the telco, users eligible to win 10 GB of data are those

  • Who downloads the app and logs in for the first time, or
  • Purchase any pack, including the Ncell Sadhain ON pack

The Ncell App is defined by quick navigation, ease of use, and a highly personalized user experience. It lets users easily track their Ncell data pack usage, subscribe/unsubscribe from services, and even make a list of their personal favorite packs for quick access.

Even Nepalese working abroad can use the Ncell app to recharge, buy packs, and use Ncell SIMs while on roaming. The app is available on both Android and iOS platforms.
