NTC SMSC data migration details
Ntc says that it will carry out data migration to the SMSC system on Poush 29-30 (January 13-14) from 11:30 PM to 04:20 AM. The company has said that during this upgrade period, SMS service may be affected. Therefore, it has apologized for the inconvenience it may cause to the customers.

If you plan on SMS exchange later in the evening, you should expedite the plan and do that to avoid possible service unavailability. But it’s also possible that data migration will be swift and cause no interruption.
If you were unaware, SMSC refers to Short Message Service Center. It is responsible for storing, forwarding, routing, and delivering SMS between devices. It’s actually a central hub for text message transactions and fulfills the duty of ensuring that each SMS reaches its destination.
