Samsung Nepal has launched applications for a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) course to develop Nepal’s next generation of digital talent. At the same time, the tech giant also announced the successful completion of the latest Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) Coding and Programming course.

The Coding & Programming course under SIC ran from December 22, 2025, to June 30, 2026, giving students hands-on technical skills, practical project experience and industry exposure. Samsung Nepal has honored the graduates at a ceremony recognising their successful completion of the programme.

“When I attended Samsung Innovation Campus shortly after arriving in Nepal last December, I saw tremendous potential in Nepal’s young talent. Today, I am proud to see that potential turning into real achievement. As artificial intelligence reshapes every industry, developing digital talent is more important than ever. Through Samsung Innovation Campus, Samsung is equipping young people with the skills, confidence, and innovative mindset to help lead Nepal’s digital future,” said Chang Uk Jung, Managing Director, Samsung Nepal.

According to Samsung, the new AI program under Samsung Innovation Campus in Nepal will help create demand for a new generation of digital professionals. AI in Nepal and globally is transforming the industry and becoming more relevant, which is why the new generation of talent needs knowledge on the premises of AI.

Samsung adds that the course will help participants build AI capabilities while encouraging innovation to address Nepal’s evolving development needs.

The firm says that it will continue to support graduates beyond the classroom through mentorship from Samsung employees and industry experts, innovation projects and career guidance.

Going forward, the company has announced its plan to establish a Samsung Innovation Campus Alumni Network, enabling graduates to stay connected, continue learning and mentor future participants.

Samsung says that a stronger collaboration between academia, industry and government will help build Nepal’s AI ecosystem, expanding career opportunities and accelerating the country’s digital transformation.
