Ncell, the leading private telecom operator of Nepal is known to launch 4G in 14 cities of the country. As Ncell gets the 4G license recently, they are gearing to launch 4G in different parts of the country. Previously, it was known that only Kathmandu, Pokhara and Damauli will get the Ncell 4G coverage.
As people expect 4G signal in all parts of the country, three operators (Ntc, Ncell and Smart) will try to maximize the 4G license in major areas. We can speculate those three cities will get the Ncell 4G signal first. After some time, the Ncell 4G coverage will reach to all other major cities of the country. Other areas include remaining 3 metro cities like Bharatpur, Birgunj, Biratnagar. Ncell will provide 4G to other sub metro cities in later stage.

In comparison to Nepal Telecom, Ncell’s 4G coverage will be more than Ntc (Nepal Telecom). Nepal Telecom will also not keep their hands folded with such challenge. As Smart telecom has got the 4G license, we shall wait for more reports regarding the reach of Smart telecom 4G network. So, its gonna be a triangular clash for 4G in Nepal.
