Ncell has launched VoLTE service to enhance customer experience on its 4G network. The company expects the service to drive up its 4G adoption. VoLTE offers features such as superior HD voice calls instant call connection, etc. With it, voice calls can be made on the 4G network without falling back to 3G. To activate VoLTE service on Ncell:
- Dial Ncell VoLTE activation code *123*11# on your 4G-compatible phone.
- Make sure you are using a GSM Ncell 4G SIM (USIM).
- If your device supports Ncell VoLTE, then the service will be activated instantly. Otherwise, you will get a notification “Your handset is not eligible for this service”.
