Amazfit is a well-known brand in the smart wearables market. Now, it has unveiled Amazfit Bip 3 (Pro), the successor to the already popular Amazfit Bip series. The smartwatch is launched with a bigger 1.69″ display, GPS (Pro Model), and more. Let’s find out more about specs, features, and Amazfit Bip 3 (pro) price in Nepal.
The brand changed a bit in terms of design here. The watch body is made out of plastic. Also, the smartwatch gets a physical crown on the right side to navigate the menu and act as the back button. You get a 1.69″ TFT LCD panel upfront, a 2.5D curved one. It has a 218 PPI density. Due to a bigger display, the watch is now rectangular. It comes with 44.2 x 36.6 x 7.6mm dimensions and 9.65mm thickness. Both pro and nonpro versions share the same design and dimensions. It has also become thinner than its predecessors. Plus it is also 5ATM water-resistant.
The smart wearable has 60 sports modes. There is active heart monitoring along with Blood Oxygen monitoring (Spo2). Amazfit Bip 3 & Pro can also track sleep data with breathing quality, sleep duration, REM, etc. It can also track exercises such as swimming, running, walking, treadmill, hiking, outdoor cycling, indoor cycling, free exercise, badminton, etc. There is also a women’s health tracking feature. The Pro model has an inbuilt GPS while the regular Bip 3 lacks it. With the Pro model, you can go outdoors and track your activities without having to carry your phone.
Amazfit Bip 3 (Pro) uses its homegrown Zepp as a companion app. Zepp is one of the most reliable apps in the fitness market. The app has a bunch of features and lets you change the watch faces too. Amazfit has confirmed having 50 watch faces for the new smartwatch.

The new Amazfit Bip 3 (Pro) seems a good budget alternative in the market. But the display could have been an AMOLED as it is being used in cheaper Fitness bands such as Redmi Smart Band Pro and Huawei Band 7. Also, there is no difference between the pro and non pro model except for the GPS. A reliable companion app (Zepp) and its prestige still make it considerable to buy in the price segment.
