Nepal’s leading private telco, Ncell, has launched its first-ever Shop-in-shop in Bhairahawa on Thursday, May 08, 2025. The new kind of shop is the company’s new concept for delivering customer services.
Ncell launched its Shop-in-Shop with its Point of Sales (PoS) partner – New Lumbini A 2 Z Mobile based in Mailawar, Bhairahawa. The unique service concept was inaugurated by Ncell’s Chief of Staff, Stephen Rodriguez, at a special ceremony.
“Our customers will now be able to access all customer care services from their nearby Shop-in-Shop. This first Shop-in-Shop, which has officially come into operation today (May 08), is an example of the model we aim to expand across different parts of the country. We are working on rolling out more Shop-in-Shops nationwide to broaden and enhance customer service. We remain fully committed to serving our customers in line with our theme ‘Here for You’,” said Rodriguez.
What is Ncell Shop-in-Shop service?
Shop-in-Shop of Ncell is the company’s fresh way of delivering customer services. At the “shop”, you can access basic inquiries regarding its services. Additionally, you also get services like getting a new Ncell SIM, Ncell eSIM upgrade, updating your KYC, verifying SIM ownership, etc. You can also buy Ncell Sadhain ON Packs or set up Ncell data on your phone.

Ncell Shop-in-Shop operates six days a week from Sunday to Friday. So, during all these six days, customers can access various Ncell services there. The telco also operates 33 Ncell centers across Nepal to ensure swift and efficient customer service.
