Ncell Tootle Pack

Tootle Riders will receive cheaper Ncell voice and data packs with a combo pack. The agreement between the private telco Ncell and the Kathmandu-based ride-sharing app will allow Tootle riders to use Ncell voice and data packs for a low cost.

Tootle is an online-based ride-sharing service that allows the public to request a ride for a charge. Tootle riders require a continuous online presence. The Ncell collaboration will now help the riders connect with their online ride seekers during service hours.

Tootle CEO Shikshit Bhatta says the Ncell agreement reduces the cost of their current voice and data charges by 75%.

Ncell Pack for Tootle riders

With the Ncell Tootle pack, Tootle riders can buy a 3 GB data pack (including more) for just Rs.350. Among the total, 3 GB will allocate for Tootle Rider Data, and 2 GB for All Time Data. The pack also includes 300 minutes on-net and 100 minutes off-net voice calls service.

The subscribers can use the 3 GB data only on the Tootle app. Meanwhile, the 2 GB All-Time pack will work elsewhere too. This means the users can use this data on social media, TikTok, YouTube, or for any other online purpose.

“The aim is to help our riders stay online round the clock. The pack will only be available to the Tootle riders. It means, when you buy this pack, it will only apply on the Tootle app,” Bhatta said.

The current agreement will cover only the riders who use Ncell SIM cards. But the company has plans to tie an agreement with other service providers in the near future.

The CEO says Tootle will work with other telcos too that will encourage the riders to engage more in the service.

Bhatt is hopeful that the agreement between Ncell and Tootle will provide more opportunities to other aspiring riders in the future. He also informed that Tootle will widen its service and features right from January 1 onwards.
