Nokia has launched the Nokia G11. Coming up with entry-level specs, G11 is set to compete in the lower-end market. Successor to the last year’s G10, it features a 90Hz refresh rate & 180Hz touch sampling panel as improvements. Okay, let’s get into the Nokia G11 specs & price in Nepal (expected).
Nokia has adopted a rectangular camera module this time from the circular module of the G10. The front side houses a 6.5″ HD+ IPS panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. The PPI for the panel is 270. To improve touch responsiveness, there is a 180Hz touch sampling rate. The predecessor lacked both features.
The design is a waterdrop notch with the receiver at the top. On the right side, there are volume rockers and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The colors available for the G11 are Charcoal & Ice.
For the horsepower, Nokia G11 has an entry-level Unisoc T606 chipset. This silicon doesn’t provide a major boost over the Helio G25 of the G10. It is a 12nm chip with two Cortex-A75 cores & six Cortex-A55 cores. The max frequency is 2Ghz. There is 3GB of RAM & 32GB of internal storage. The storage can be expanded up to 512GB via a MicroSD card.
For the OS, the Nokia G11 boots on stock Android for a cleaner experience. However, it is still based on Android 11, not Android 12. Nevertheless, Nokia has promised up to two years of OS upgrades.

For the optics, Nokia is preferring a triple camera setup. There is no ultrawide shooter though. The primary camera is a 13MP sensor. While the rest two cameras are 2MP + 2MP depth & macro sensors. The phone can shoot up to 1080p at 30fps. Whereas, the front camera is an 8MP shooter.
Filling the specs sheets, there is a 5050mAh battery with support of up to 18W fast charging. But Nokia has only provided a 10W charger bundled in the box. There is a single firing speaker at the bottom. No stereo speakers here as its predecessor. There is also a Google Assistant key for quick access.
The phone comes with a dedicated slot for a Micro SD card while the storage here is an eMMC 5.1. For connectivity, there is 4G VoLTE, GPS, USB Type-C, Bluetooth 5.0 & Wifi 802.11 ac.
For now, Nokia G11 is available in the European market. The phone kicks off at the price tag of EUR 119 with a 3/32GB variant. It should come to the Nepalese market too. The expected Nokia G11 price in Nepal is Rs.18,000.
