Samsung Nepal has launched three new smartphones, Galaxy A56 5G, Galaxy A36 5G, and Galaxy A26 5G. All these handsets are the latest entrants in the brand’s popular “A” series and will look to compete in the budget to upper-budget range segments. No doubt, these new iterations come with enhanced security, a fresh One UI experience, and a balance of efficiency and affordability. Galaxy A56 and Galaxy A36 are already available in Nepal, while Galaxy A26 became available by the first week of April, 2025. Galaxy A56, Galaxy A36, and Galaxy A26 come exclusively with Awesome Intelligence. It’s a suite of AI features that brings powerful, full of fun, and easy-to-use AI tools to the users. All these phones boot on Samsung’s latest software skin, One UI 7, which adds a fresh and engaging user experience too.
In terms of AI, the popular Circle to Search helps users search anything on the screen easily on the web. It has now been updated with more capabilities. Now, the tool can easily recognize mobile numbers, emails, and URLs on screen. If you want to take action on them for e.g., call or send an email, you can do so with a single tap.
In addition, it’s also now possible to search the songs you hear without switching apps. It could be a song you hear on a social media app or from the speakers. pressing the navigation bar a bit long activates Circle to Search, and you need to tap the music button to identify the song.

The Galaxy A series also raises the bar for cameras. The phones feature creator-focused tools. Likewise, the Galaxy A36 5G comes at Rs 59,999 for 12/25 GB and Rs 54,999 for 8/256 GB, and Rs 48,999 for the 8/128 GB specs, respectively. This lineup comes in Black, White, and Lime colors. The Galaxy A26 5G price in Nepal is set at Rs 45,999 for the sole 8/256 GB lineup. It ships in Black, White, and Light Green colors.
