Samsung Nepal has launched a free pick-up and drop service for customers to repair mobile phones. The service lets customers conveniently send their devices for repair through the company saving them time and travel. This value differentiation service is applicable for Samsung Galaxy mobile phones within their valid warranty period. Therefore, if any problem or issue occurs in your Samsung phone and it has an active warranty, then you can have the device sent for repair.

The free pick-up and drop service is currently available in Kathmandu Valley from July 16, 2024.

After this, Samsung representatives arrive at your place to pick up the device within 1 day. Then after the repair, the representatives deliver the device to your location.
