WorldLink providing customer service with 170 support zones, call centers, app, and more

Private internet service provider (ISP) WorldLink has aligned its high-speed reliable internet service with an active customer support service. It has been showing enough versatility in providing reliable care and support for its customers across Nepal via its 170 support zones, call centers, and other apparatus.

So far, WorldLink has 170 support zones. Each is equipped with expert human resources to address issues relating to internet service. The company says that every four-kilometer area in Kathmandu is covered by one support zone. So, any maintenance service can be processed soon. The company claims that its team reaches a customer’s residence within 2 hours of receiving a complaint.

WorldLink also compensates for failing to comply with this commitment. The customer who makes a call gets 2 days of internet for free if its team doesn’t reach the customer within 2 hours, the company’s Chairman Lakshman Yadav says.

“We are committed to providing an effective service to our customers, says Yadav, “In case our field staff can’t reach a customer even by five minutes, we compensate our customers.”

WorldLink uses various customer service systems to provide service to its over 7 lakh customers around the country.

Call Center

WorldLink provides customers with many different numbers to register their complaints. If you ever have any issue with your internet or need information, you can call WorldLink at 015970050, 9801523050, 9801523051, 981523052, and 9801523053. Yadav says that the call centers have the capacity to cater service to 9 lakh customers.

The number 9801523051 can be accessed round the clock for any technical assistance. For new WorldLink internet installation, 9801523052 is available and for package renewal and information, 9801523053 is available for all networks.

Social media

Similarly, WorldLink is also very active in the social media sphere for its customer service. The company is available through its Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and WhatsApp (9801523051). Likewise, the ISP can also be contacted on Viber with live chat. You can also contact the ISP at its mail address support@worldlink.com.np.

Myworldlink app

The Myworldlink app is another medium that allows you to keep tabs on your WorldLink internet service. You can use the app to identify issues on your internet and router. “Customers can go to account diagnostic tool and find out issues with the internet,” Customer Support Head Anil Rajak said. The diagnostic tool is capable of resolving the issue automatically or you can also open a ticket for a support agent. Except for any specific reason, WorldLink says it assures a guarantee of intervening to solve internet issues within 2 hours.

Field staff

WorldLink has provided its field staff with advanced equipment to ensure effective service to its customers. “Staff can use GPS to reach the exact spot from where a customer has called. Likewise, customers can easily recognize WorldLink staff by their helmets, jacket, ID card, toolbox in their hands, etc. The company provides its field staff with vehicles to reach its customers timely.

We are also very conscious of the security of our staff. Our staff gets use helmets, gloves, etc. Only at night, and during rain, our work takes a halt otherwise, we are active 24×7. Our office opens seven days from 7 am to 6 pm,” adds Yadav.

For prior information

The company provides also information before the internet disconnects so as not to disrupt people’s ongoing work. Rajak continues, “We provide prior information to customers if the internet connection is to be shut down for a while. Especially when there is an issue on a pole or splitter that could affect a larger area, we send notice to our customers, adds Yadav.

WorldLink uses SMS mobile app, or email to keep its customers informed about the cause of the internet service disruption, the duration of it, and the restoration time.

SMS

You can also use your registered number at the company to get customer service. If your internet is not working properly, you can type FIX [username] and send it to 35465. To extend the package duration, Extend [username], to know the remaining days of the service wl status [username], and to know about payment type wl bill [username] and send to the same number mentioned above. You also get various information in advance from the company at your registered number. You get prior information/reminders if there’s maintenance work, Internet outage, etc.

Besides, the opening and closing of a ticket, information about bill payment, package duration, etc. are also sent to customers’ mobile number.

For Enterprise customers, WorldLink has been providing a special service. Enterprise customers can get call center support at any time by calling 9801523051. Similarly, such customers can also send a mail to enterprise.support@worldlink.com.np and register complaints about Internet service.
