Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro at an online event alongside the Xiaomi 12S series. Now, it has brought the smart wearable to the European market as well. The fitness band is a bigger version of the already existing Mi Band 7. Coming with a rectangular 1.64″ AMOLED panel, the smart wearable also resembles its sibling, Redmi Smart Band Pro. Design and Display

Starting off its design, the smart band sports a premium metallic body with a rectangular screen. This wearable is button-free and relies on gestures completely. It has a dimension of 44.7 x 28.8 x 11 mm and weighs 20.5g without the strap. Similarly, it has an 11mm thickness.

Coming to the display, the band sports a 2.5D Curved 1.64″ AMOLED screen with 326PPI density which is larger than the 1.47″ screen of the Redmi Smart Band Pro. The resolution of the band is 456*280 pixels. It also has an Ambient Light Sensor for automatic brightness. Xiaomi has provided more than 180 watch faces for the Xiaomi Mi Band 7 Pro.

Talking about the health and fitness tracking features, the band boasts all-day Heart Rate and Blood Oxygen Saturation monitoring. Sharing similarities with its sibling Xiaomi Mi Band 7, the smart wearable can also track sleep, stress, and both indoor and outdoor exercise. For sleep tracking, it can also measure sleep breathing quality, REM, and nap time quality.

For exercises, it features a whooping 117 sports modes such as swimming, cycling, trekking, walking, treadmill, running, Yoga, etc. The band also comes with an inbuilt GPS supporting GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, and QZSS. So it can track the location independently without having to use the phone’s GPS. Further, it is water-resistant up to 50 meters. Other features include a stopwatch, female health-tracking, Sedentary reminders, Stopwatch, Breathing training, Notification reminder, and many more.

The smart band packs in a 235mAh battery with 7-10 days of battery endurance for normal usage. The standby time is mentioned as 20 days as per Xiaomi.
