Nepal Telecom, the pioneering telecom operator in Nepal has finally solved its problem in the NT recharge card. The recharge card problem was there in their system for more than 24 hours. NT admits that the problem was there due to the planned up-gradation in the NT recharge card system which took such long hours to upgrade. They say that Customers can now recharge their mobile by *412*Pin code# or by dialing 1412 (their IVR system). NT apologizes for the NT recharge problem for all of its customers. NT appreciates its customers for their patience in bearing the problem and their belief for the company. Publishing a status in their official Facebook account, NT notifies its customer for the solution of the problem from 3 pm today. Now the system state has been restored to the previous status and can be recharged from the same procedure. NT also commits that this sort of problem won’t happen in near future in any of their system.
Previously Customers through out the country were complaining of the recharge problem in NT recharge card and it was a havoc for taking longer time to resolve . We even posted a news regarding the NT recharge card problem and provided other solutions including Namaste Recharge, Bank applications and online payment portals like Esewa. There is also alternative solution from Pinless recharge called MPOS where we just need to provide our number and the charging amount for the recharging to our number. Other solutions also included web recharge from webrecharge.ntc.net.np or from balance transfer which was also not working with their system. Now with the solution, all of the procedure to recharge are restored as original.
