The international call discount and free digital services are effective from Monday, April 13 (Baishak 1, 2077).
Ncell adds the exciting discount and free digital services to its New year 2077 offer to facilitate people for this pandemic lockdown period. As they quite felt the requirement for the people to make a call not only local but also abroad, they provide the international call discount. Similarly, they felt the need for people to access engaging, entertaining, and interesting value-added services to encourage people to stay at home.

International call discount
Ncell says they have brought this discount to support people connect with their family, friends abroad in this pandemic period. Ncell discounts the international call rate to 15 countries (including India, Australia, Malaysia, China, Japan, South Korea, Hongkong, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Bangladesh, Sweden, New Zealand, Romania, Bhutan, and Indonesia). The new call rate is Rs 2.49 per minute which becomes Rs 3.18 after inclusive of taxes.
To activate this offer, you need to dial 17107 or *17107# or send a message A to 17107. There is no service charge for this international call discount.
This discount remains valid until May 13, 2020.

Free Digital services
Ncell also provides free access to some digital services and applications like Geet Music app, Music station service, Bhakti Sangit and Yearly Astrology Service in ekGhanti Radio for a month.
- Geet music: This is a music application that provides streaming of Nepali local songs. This app comes exclusively with Ncell. As per them, you can access all of the songs streaming via any network but the login should be made from Ncell SIM card.
- Music Station: This app provides music of different genres. It also plays the songs as per the choice of the people. That means it tracks the currently played songs and decides which song to be played later.
- To activate the free music streaming services, you need to type NY and send it to 17140. You need to dial 17140 to listen to songs of any category and also dedicate songs to other people.
- Bhakti Sangit Service: It provides religious music including Bhajan and songs. To all the bhajan fans or people fond of listening it in the morning, it will be now easy than to select the songs from a big repository. You can activate the Bhakti Sangit service by sending NY to 17148. Dial 17148 to listen to the songs.
- Yearly Astrology: Ncell provides the Yearly astrology service under ekGhanti Radio. To access the service, you need to dial 17165. Then you can listen to the Zodiac forecast there for the whole year 2077.
All of the services come with a cost, but the access to the digital service is made free till 12 May 2020 (for a month).
