Ncell Axiata opens a new Ncell Centre in Bhairahawa to provide accessible customer care service and enhanced customer experience. Ncell says the new customer center fulfills the health and safety guidelines put by Government for this COVID-19 pandemic.
Location and services
The Ncell center is located at Milanchowk-5, Koirala Complex of Bhairahawa, which provides a single touchpoint for all customer services. With the visit to the center, customers can get all of Ncell services, like that of inquiry to SIM purchase, internet setting, other enterprise services, and more.
By visiting the center, you can upgrade your SIM card to 4G, change the SIM card, modify CUG number. Similarly, you can pay bill, top-up, transfer balance, and subscribe/change biz plans, international roaming services from the Ncell center.
Gift from Ncell center
In order to make people aware of the new center, Ncell is providing data as a gift upon visiting the center till November 15, 2020. Ncell will provide 1GB data for free to the new customers of its SIM card at the time of purchase. The data pack is valid for 7 days for the day time (5 am to 5 pm).
The same 1GB data pack is also provided to the customers who recharge a balance of Rs 200 from the center. For the customers recharging Rs 500 and Rs 1000 gets 1GB data and 2GB data (for 30 days) respectively.
Whereas the Ncell customers who upgrade their SIM to 4G will get 1GB data valid for 7 days.
