Nepal Telecom (NTC) brought 13 new 4G and 2G mobile sites into operation in Bhadra 2083 across 11 districts. The company shared the milestone information on its social media handle.
NTC on-aired the said sites in Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim provinces. The new sites help further improve coverage of the company’s 4G and 2G network and enhance the quality of services.
In a post released today, the company said that it launched new mobile sites at the Lalitpur Ward No. 3 office and Ryang Danda in Lalitpur (Bagmati Province), as well as in Mohanpur in Chitwan.
Similarly, the company launched sites at Pokhari Danda in Nawalpur and Madhya Marsyangdi in Lamjung (Gandaki Province).
New sites have also come into operation at Dharampani in Kapilvastu, and at Rampur and the Hongshi Mine area in Palpa (Lumbini Province).
At the same time, the state-backed telco also launched 4G and 2G sites in Kanakasundari in Jumla and on Jumla Road in Surkhet (Karnali Province).
Nepal Telecom stated that new 2G/4G mobile sites have come into operation at Badimalika in Bajura, Gadarset in Dadeldhura, and Rithawapata in Darchula (Sudurpaschim Province).
