Nepal Telecom to provide customer services even in extra hours in Kathmandu

Nepal Telecom (NTC), the state-backed company will keep its customer service centers open even in extra hours including on public holidays in Kathmandu, as per Bagmati Provincial office. With this revision in office hour, the company expects to elevate customer service experiences by offering landline telephone, mobile, fiber and other bill payment-related services.

As per the Provincial directorate in Kathmandu, Ntc offices in Sundhara, Patan, and Chabahil in Bagmati Province will stay open from 7:00 AM in the morning till 7:00 PM in the evening beginning Poush 01, 2080.

Ntc maintains that it keeps customer services at its core. The company has focused on service expansion in remote areas across Nepal, particularly in hilly areas bringing basic mobile to high-speed 4G broadband service. Additionally, the company has begun model service initiative in some districts to provide optimum telecom services with dedicated infrastructure. As of late, the office-related services are also getting worthwhile attention.

Nepal Telecom to open customer service in Kathmandu even in extra hours

Ntc Provincial Directorate, in Kathmandu has said that customers will be able to receive services relating to Landline phone, ADSL, FTTH fiber internet, 4G wireless router, GSM bill payment, SIM distribution & changing, etc. from Sundhara, Patan, and Chabahil offices. From Poush 01 onwards, these offices will remain open even in the extra hours after the regular office hours. This applies to Sunday through Friday.

However, Ntc will provide service from Sundhara counter on Saturday and public holidays from 10 AM to 5 PM.
