Xiaomi has finally launched the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max in Nepal with an affordable price tag keeping the need of its users and the huge demand into consideration. It took quite a time for the smartphone to arrive in Nepal. The brand launched the smartphone under its #secret7 events.
Xiaomi has been manufacturing astounding smartphones keeping its commitment to unceasing innovation with fair quality and efficiency at an affordable and honest price. The brand also recently launched entry-level smartphones like Redmi 9 and Redmi 9A in Nepal.
With the relevant price, the features of the very phone are in its peak making it more comfortable for users. This time, these smartphones have come up with Snapdragon 720G chipset, expandable memory storage, and Full HD + IPS LCD display with a 5020 mAh battery.

While talking about the display, Redmi Note 9 Pro Max is similar to the Redmi Note 9 Pro. This phone comes up with three specific colors: Aurora Blue, Glacier White, and Interstellar Black with the size extending up to 6.67 inches and dimensions of 165.50X76.68X8.80 mm.
The phone has a glass sandwich design with Gorilla Glass 5 protection Design with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels. Featured with Full HD +IPS LCD display, the aspect ratio of the very phone is 20:9.
Redmi calls it a dot display as the selfie camera is housed on a small dot in the center of the top, which provides a true multimedia experience.
The smartphones also contain P2i coating making it splash-proof. However, Xiaomi is calling the smartphone as the Aura Balance smartphone.
The phone is built over Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G mobile platform (8nm) that has enhanced gaming experience with 1.8 GHz Octa-core (4×1.8GHz + 4×2.3GHz) processor. It is the same processor that powers the upcoming Realme 6 Pro phone and also Redmi Note 9 Pro.
The device also differs in the RAM and storage options than that of Redmi Note 9 Pro.
There are two variations of LPDDR4X RAM; 6 GB and 8GB allowing the users to choose in between 64GB and 128 GB UFS 2.1 storage. The 6 GB RAM can come up with 64 GB storage separately. Whereas Redmi Note 9 Pro comes in 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128 GB variant.
The phone has a dedicated microSD card slots that can expand the storage up to 512 GB.
When it comes to the camera, the handset has a standard quadruple-camera at the back enhancing the quality of photos. The rear camera consists of 64 MP (1.6-micron) Samsung GW1 Primary Sensor with 6P lens setup along with 8MP (1.12-micron) ultra-wide camera (119-degree field view), 5 MP (1.12-micron) macro lens and 2 MP (1.75 microns) depth sensor. The phone supports PDAF auto-focusing and LED flash which lies at the bottom of the camera module.
Not only this but the phone comes up with features like RAW photography and Color Mode which adjust features during RAW photography. Coming to the videos, Xiaomi claims that the phone supports 4K video recording at 30 fps and 21:9 cinematic capturing. Regarding the selfie camera, the smartphone includes a front camera of 32 MP (1.6-micron) with HDR.
The phone has a night mode in the camera UI for better snap in low lighting conditions.

The smartphone has a 5020mAh battery with a 33-watt fast charger. The device is privileged with a 3.5mm headphone jack and IR blaster. The phone features a z-axis motor for haptic feedback. Along with this, the company claims that the phone is featured with 2*2 MIMO for Wi-Fi to reduce disturbance during the gaming period. This device also has Navic support.
The smartphone is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor as the Redmi Note 9 Pro. Still, only a few numbers of devices have this kind of security lock but who knows this might be the future of fingerprint scanner in the phones.

Although both of the devices have similar size, display, resolution, and battery power, they are different in a few aspects. When compared to Redmi Note 9 Pro Max, Redmi Note 9 Pro is not privileged with 8 GB RAM as it limits to 6 GB RAM.
Not only has this but Redmi Note 9 Pro also has 48 MP primary rear camera and 16 MP front camera whereas Redmi Note 9 Pro Max has 64 MP camera primary rear camera and 32 MP front camera. So, the max version has a higher Megapixel camera than that of RN9 Pro. In the same way, Redmi Note 9 Pro comes with an 18W fast charger whereas Redmi Note 9 Pro Max comes with a 33W fast charger.
Redmi Note Pro Max has been launched at the price of Rs. 31,999 for 6GB+128GB variant and Rs 34,999 for 8GB+128GB variant.
