Samsung Galaxy A73 5G is the successor to the Samsung Galaxy A72 that was launched a year back in Nepal.
Design & Display
The design of the smartphone is similar to that of the Galaxy A72. Samsung Galaxy A73 5G has a refreshing youthful design. The phone measures 76.1 x 163.7 x 7.6 mm in dimensions and weighs only 181 gm. At the front, it has a punch-hole cutout that houses the selfie camera. The smartphone is very light. There’s also IP67 dust/water resistance on the device. It is available in three different options Gray, Mint, and White.
Samsung Galaxy A73 5G flexes a 6.7 inches Full HD+ Super AMOLED+ Infinity-O display panel along with a 120Hz refresh rate. It also comes with an aspect ratio of 20:9, an 87.0% screen-to-body ratio, a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 393 PPI density, and more. As for biometrics, the device comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner and AI face unlock as well.

Under the hood, Samsung Galaxy A73 5G comes fueled with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset that also runs Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G & Samsung Galaxy M52 5G. It is an octa-core chipset based on a 6 nm process that clocks a maximum of up to 2.4GHz. For handling graphics, it comes with Adreno 642L GPU.
In terms of memory configuration, it is attached with the 6/8GB LPDDR4X RAM and internal storage of 128/256GB onboard. The memory is expandable up to 1TB via a shared microSD card slot. On the software front, the Samsung Galaxy A73 5G runs on One UI 4.1 on top of Android 12 OS. The brand has also promised to provide 4 years of OS and 5 years of security upgrades.
