WorldLink Free WiFi Express Hotspots in more than 14000 locations

Leading internet service provider WorldLink Communications has been providing Free Wifi hotspot service in more than 14000 locations. The company is also set to increase its Free WiFi service called WiFi Express by double. The company will increase its My WorldLink WiFi and Free WorldLink WiFi hotspots to 30,000 which is two-fold by the end of this year while also plans to launch Metro WiFi for the city roads.

The private ISP has been providing its free WiFi service at various places where crowds are to be seen such as hotels, Malls, Airports, hospitals, banks, restaurants etc. Next, it is planning to launch Metro WiFi for its wireless internet along the city roads.

So far, there are 14,245 WorldLink WiFi Express hotspots throughout the country. To build the WiFi hotspot, the company uses over 18,000 devices.

WorldLink will install WiFi routers at an average distance of 150 meters. The company has already set up over 2600 routers at different points in Kathmandu’s roads and junctions (chowks). Additionally, Pokhara, Chitwan, and other cities are also in expansion plans. So far, 300 km of roads within the valley have already seen the expansion of WorldLink’s free WiFi service.

Unlimited packages (Paid)

WorldLink is also planning on launching a paid subscription which brings unlimited internet. According to the company, the service will cost Rs 20 for a day, Rs 40 for three days, and Rs 80 for seven days. The 15-day package will cost Rs 150.

WorldLink first collaborated with Facebook to expand its free Express WiFi and after Meta shut down the service, the ISP is now expanding the service itself. The Kathmandu-based ISP is Nepal’s largest company in terms of customer base with over 7 lakh unique subscribers.

What is Free WorldLink WiFi?

Free WorldLink WiFi is a free WiFi service provided by WorldLink which is available at crowded places in various crowded parts of Nepal. The service lets users consume 500 MB to 1 GB of free data to be used a day. Afterward, it asks users to watch an ad that further brings 500 MB of data. As per the company, over 1 lakh 10 thousand users, a day use Free WorldLink WiFiservice. This service is available to all of the mobile phone users including the customers of WorldLilnk.

What is MyWorldLink WiFi?

Similarly, WroldLink has been providing MyWorldLink WiFi hotspots for its users to provide high-speed internet service at public points. While similar to Free WorldLink WiFi, MyWorldLink WiFi is exclusively available to WorldLink customers and comes with some convenient features.

Such as, after connecting to a MyWorldLink WiFi hotspot once, your device automatically connects to another hotspot. This can save your paid mobile data and let you enjoy free high-speed mobile internet for free on the go. Annual subscribers of WorldLink can connect to up to five devices to a MyWorldLink WiFi hotspot while those with less than a yearly package can connect up to two devices.

How to connect to Free WorldLink WiFi Hotspots?

Follow the steps below to connect to free WorldLink WiFi hotspots (WiFi Express):

  • Find a WorldLink hotspot that should look like Free_WorldLink_Wi-Fi.
  • Tap on get online.
  • Now, tap on Connect on Free Wi-Fi.
  • Choose Please Register here.
  • Enter your mobile number and tap on Next.
  • Confirm the number and Continue.
  • You get an OTP on your mobile number. Enter the Login Code or let your phone’s system enter it.
  • Tap on Login.
  • Now, you can enjoy free limited internet for free.
  • Note: You can use the same login code to connect to another hotspot. If you forgot it, type WiFi space LOGIN CODE and send it to 35465.
