Smart Telecom testing 4G LTE in Kathmandu; may launch within Dashain

Smart Telecom, the third largest telecom operator of Nepal is found testing 4G network in Kathmandu. Smart Telecom had got license to operate 4G through technology neutrality and planned to launch on Shravan 15. They could not meet the time due to various reasons and asked for 2 more months that time. Now, the operator has already on aired the 4G base stations in Kathmandu and started testing their 4G network.

People keep searching here and there in their mobile for something. This time, it is not us who found the Smart Telecom 4G network. One of our reader mentioned it to us and we found the 4G LTE signal of smart Telecom. Smart Telecom’s mobile network code is 429 04 and LTE is the technology for the 4G service.
