• Put the Pin number there and then you will get the detail record for Call/SMS and data.
• There will be incoming/outgoing call/SMS and data usage with the cost of the service.

• Go to the Nepal Telecom app.
• Find the Usage History in the app. Click it
• You can select Voice, SMS and Data history in it.
• Select the no of days to view the usage history and submit. Till now you can get a maximum of 5 days’ history there.
• Then a Verification code/OTP (one-time-password) will be sent to your mobile phone. Enter the OTP there.
• Then you will get the list of usage history in your mobile for Call, SMS, and data in separate tabs.
