OPPO Reno2 F phone launches in Nepal

OPPO announces the launch of its new smartphone called “Reno2 F” in Nepal. The phone under the Reno series in Nepal launches in Nepal on October 16th (Ashoj 29) Wednesday. OPPO says the phone bears all the aspects like a decent camera functionality, long-lasting battery and more to provide a nice user experience.

Overview

Oppo Reno2 F has a notch-less 6.5 inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The phone has a 91.1% screen to body ratio and an embedded optical fingerprint reader. The notch-less full-view screen is possible due to the motorized selfie pop-up camera on the top-middle. The screen is durable due to the protection of Gorilla Glass 5 for better resistance to impact.

The low brightness flicker-free mode and night shield mode protects your eyes from harmful blue light and relieves eye fatigueness.

The phone is powered by MTK Helio P70 SoC, the same as that of Oppo F11 and F11 Pro phones. Oppo Reno 2 F has an 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.

Camera:

The Oppo Reno2 F has a quad rear camera setup with 48 MP main Samsung ISOCELL GM1 sensor. Other sensors in the quad-camera are 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens, 2 MP Monochrome lens, 2 MP depth sensor. There is also an Ultra Night mode 2.0 for improved night photography.

Regarding the front camera, the phone has a 16 MP pop up selfie camera with LED flash and HDR.

When it comes to battery, Oppo Reno2 F has a 4000 mAH battery with a long-hour operation for gamers and multimedia users. Smart AI refrigerator feature helps to save more battery life by freezing apps that are not used for a while.

Oppo, the developer of VOOC can charge the phone super-fast with their latest VOOC flash charge 3.0 technology. They say the phone can charge up to 51% in little as 30 minutes.

The phone runs on ColorOS 6.1 UI over Android 9 Pie. There are two color versions of the phone, namely Sky white and Lake Green.

Availability and Price

Oppo Reno 2F phone becomes available in the Nepali market from October 18, 2019. They launch the device at an event in Kathmandu. The price of Oppo Reno2 F in Nepal is Rs 46,990. First buyers can meet Actress Swastima Khadka with her signature and some gift, in an event to be held on Oct 18, 2019, at Oppo Showroom, Newroad, Kathmandu.
