We wholeheartedly congratulate Worldlink on the 25th anniversary of providing excellent service in the ICT field. Their innovation and contribution in transforming the IT field of Nepal will always be mentioned with gratitude.

But at times people complain a lot about the internet speed from the ISP. We wish the service provider to be proactive in solving the customer’s issue promptly. There are also times when subscribers complain due to their ignorance in digital stuff. For which, the ISPs also need to make people aware by improving digital literacy.
