Ntc has alerted its customers of unauthorized recharge cards for its various services. Alluding to the reports of such illegitimate cards via unsanctioned parties, the telco cautioned its customers to only use official recharge cards.

Releasing a notice, Nepal Telecom (NTC) notified and alerted its users on the circulation of unofficial/unauthorized recharge cards.

Nepal Telecom provides recharge cards under Namaste Recharge Card brands. Customers can use those recharge cards to pay for services such as landline, mobile, and NT Fiber (fiber internet). These recharge cards come in printed form, NTC has reminded its customers.

Besides Namaste Recharge Cards, Ntc also provides payment service through E-PIN, and MPoS (Mobile point of sale recharge). But the company has found recharge cards under various names claiming to recharge Ntc services, the telco noted. Amidst this, Ntc has requested its customers to only use official Namaste Recharge Cards and overlook unofficial ones.

If viable to you, you can resort to an online recharge service for mobile phones. Ntc has begun providing an online recharge service where you can recharge your prepaid/postpaid services with credit/debit cards. To know more about recharge through cards online, click here and follow the tutorial.

Don’t buy unofficial recharge cards: Ntc

If you have noticed or used unofficial recharge cards to pay, it could land you in situations. First, there is no guarantee they would work. Secondly, in case they fail to pay for any service, Ntc won’t be accountable. Plus, these cards are not recognized by Ntc in the first place. So, we recommend you also comply with the telco’s suggestion and only use Namaste Recharge cards to recharge for its services.
