Nepal’s leading private telco Ncell has implemented a 60-second pulse rate for international outgoing calls to 198 countries, starting on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. The company has said that the decision is imposed in accordance with the approval granted by the regulator, Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA), on August 07, 2026.
IN a presser, Ncell said that NTA approved its new pulse rate for outgoing international calls under Section 42 of the Telecommunications Act, 2053.
