Huawei extends its support for ICT Award 2021 with the commitment to aid Nepal’s growing ICT sphere. The upcoming ICT Award will be held in December and Huawei will serve as an associate sponsor.
ICT Award is the biggest tech fair in Nepal and remains a much-awaited annual event for the start-ups to the pros. Huawei, a global tech giant has been a mainstay in assisting Nepal’s ICT ambitions.
Huawei has also participated in the Startup & Innovation Fest 2021 held on October 2. The event is the forerunner to the award ceremony held at Presidential Business School, New Baneshwor.

The event was marked as a platform where Startup & Rising Star Innovation category curated their products and ideas.
Huawei To Support Nepalese Startups

Huawei Cloud is a premium data management solution from the Chinese tech mogul. The cloud-based system has become the standard in China and occupies 19% of the market share in the world currently. In Nepal, Huawei is the sole international cloud service provider with regional support.
Mr. Razan Lamsal, Chairperson of ICT award spoke of his delight at Huawei’s continued support to the program. “The support received from Huawei for ICT award and Startup & Innovation Fest has greatly contributed to the promotion of Nepali startups, innovation, and talents.
