Chaudhary Group’s internet subsidiary CG Net has announced Super Value Plan bringing three new internet packages at affordable costs. The new plan brings 300 Rockstar Mbps, 150 Mbps Popular, and 75 Mbps Sprinter packages.
CG Net rolled out the new internet plans a few weeks after the service started beyond the Kathmandu valley. Previously, the ISP offered only 120 Mbps and 50 Mbps packages.
The three new packages will help CG stage a momentous contest with the competitors in the ISP market.

CG Net Super Value Plan | Installation and Renewal Costs
Under the plan, customers get the option of choosing internet packages from 300 Mbps, 150 Mbps, and 75 Mbps speed categories. Likewise, customers can buy the subscription for 1 month, 3 months, and 12 months.
If you choose the 300 Mbps Rockstar package for 12-month subscriptions, it costs an average of Rs.1,244 a month. At the same time, the 150 Mbps package costs Rs.925, and the 75 Mbps sprinter costs Rs.680 per month making it one of the most conveniently priced internet packages in Nepal.
In the meantime, the 300 Mbps package costs Rs.1,399 on monthly renewal. The same package costs Rs.4,062 on a 3-month subscription. If you subscribe to the package for 12 months, the 300 Mbps Rockstar package will cost you an annual charge of Rs.14,928.
Under the Super Value Plan, the 150 Mbps popular package offers a moderate speed. This costs Rs.1,050 on monthly renewal, and Rs.3,045 if you chose to pay for 3 months. The cheapest Super Value Plan by CG is the 75 Mbps sprinter package. If your internet needs are basic ranging from browsing to occasional file downloads, this will suffice you.
The 75 Mbps plan comes for Rs.730 on a monthly renewal. The package meanwhile, costs Rs.2,160 upon a three-month subscription. If you wish to pay 12 months in advance, it costs you Rs.8,160.

Free dual-band router on an annual subscription
The company has tried to make the Super Value Plan very affordable. For this, the company won’t charge its customers for installation and drop wire. In addition, any package under this plan also comes with a dual-band router for free on an annual subscription.
However, customers need to pay Rs.1,000, and Rs.1,500 respectively on packages subscribed for 3 months and 1 month.
Besides the Super Value Plan, you can get 350 Mbps internet for Rs 1299
The ISP has recently launched another bumper offer called “Speed Damdar, Price Shaandar” which brings high-speed fiber internet at cheaper rates. The offer was announced to promote CG Net’s arrival in Pokhara. With the offer, users can get a Rs 130 Mbps internet plan for just Rs 799, a 250 Mbps plan for Rs 1,049, and the flagship 350 Mbps plan for Rs 1,299.

In the first phase of its expansion plans, CG Net brought its service to Pokhara, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Itahari, Jitpur, Dharan, Duhabi, and Simara.
What does it mean for existing customers?
As stated above, CG Net has been providing 120 Mbps and 50 Mbps internet packages to date. But with the company launching three new upgraded packages, previous regular internet plans won’t be available for new customers. They will be choosing from 300 Mbps, 150 Mbps, and 75 Mbps packages. However, CG Net says that the existing customers can continue receiving the existing speed packages for now.
The latest internet packages mark CG Net’s latest step to stage a mark in the ISP market. The company has completed one year in service. Last June, the ISP ventured into the ISP market with the eye-popping 120 Mbps residential package for just Rs.999. The company has been an architect of the speed war in Nepal.
As per the latest NTA data, CG Net has increased its base to 44,000 users. Now with its expansion in Pokhara, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Itahari, Jitpur, Dharan, Duhabi, and Simara, CG Net is embarking on the second major phase of growing its base. The company has also launched its IPTV service with Airtel.
