Management Association of Nepal (MAN) has awarded two leaders in the IT industry for their best effort in the management sector. They awarded Mrs Kamini Raj Bhandari and Mr. Bishwash Dhakal in a special event held in Kathmandu on Feb 11, 2018 ( Magh 28, 2074).
It was in the 37th national management convention and AGM of MAN, that the two reputed personnel were awarded. In the program, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Federal Affairs and Local development Bijay Kumar Gacchadar handed over the “Outstanding Manager of the year 2017” to Mrs. Kamini Rajbhandari. She is the standing MD of the State owned Telecom Company, Nepal Telecom also called as Ntc in short.
Similarly, DPM Gacchadar also handed over the “Manager of the year 2017” award to Mr. Bishwas Dhakal. He is the CEO of the IT and Fintech company F1 Soft International. F1 soft provides IT services and mobile financial service to almost 90 percent of the financial institutions of Nepal. Its subsidiary also include the most popular digital wallet in Nepal: eSewa.
DPM expressed that the political mis management of Nepal has affected all the sectors of the country. He also said that the political failure has hindered Nepalese dream of prosperity.

We would like to wish this award to encourage all other managerial levels to work for the development of their respective sector. It is also a great joy to find both of them being Engineer and from IT sector.
