Design Studio Creates Daraz’s New Logo to Carry on Legacy

Daraz has received its new identity from Design Studio, a popular branding and digital creative agency from London. Before helping Daraz with its rebranding, the London-based agency has worked for global brands such as Airbnb, OLX, Panasonic, Deliveroo, and Tencent Games.

With a new look and feel, Daraz is seeking higher ambitions in the South Asian markets and its new logo will help it spring to a new life full of opportunities and newer challenges.

If you are a Daraz regular or came across it, you might have noticed a change in its logo. Daraz has rebranded itself with a new logo, including others changes in UI, and its feel. The leading online marketplace in Nepal is embarking on new challenges and opportunities in the coming years. Recently, the eCommerce giant also welcomed Aanchal Kunwar as its new MD to devise a localized business format.

The new logo went live on the Daraz app via an update from January 17. In it, there rests an orange-themed small ‘d’, against the light blue (teal) background. The letter represents Daraz with the hollow middle part resembling the Play store icon. The overall logo design captures the ever-shifting dynamism of eCommerce with the minimalistic approach.

If you are a Daraz app user, you might have noticed the UI changes from the evening of January 16. The theme of the app has refreshed with a new orange & teal color combo. Also, the logo changed after an update on January 17.

Design Studio Gives Daraz New Identity

Companies are known by their logo and it is an imminent part of their recognition. Daraz has reached millions of households with the previous logo and now it is seeking further growth with new challenges. In it, its newly designed logo will carry its legacy across the evolving consumers.

Design Studio – a London-based international branding and digital creative agency. With the new logo, it has given Daraz its new identity bringing its new purpose to its audience in the South Asian markets.

Daraz is springing to new life with a new identity, and strategy driven by its logo architected by Design Studio.

To its credit, Design Studio is a renowned name in the field of brand architecture. It has already catered its services to global brands Airbnb, OLX, Panasonic, Deliveroo, and Tencent Games.

Daraz’s new transformation is in line with the new logo – it’s contemporary, young, and dynamic. With this new log, Daraz hopes to pass on the changing perception of the brand. It wants to transition from just an online marketplace to a complete, three-dimensional customer and seller experience.

Design the new logo for Daraz has come with a hard word of Design Studio. To rebrand Daraz’s new logo, it underwent thorough user research to understand customers and seller needs and pitched a brand identity that actually reflects consumers’ expectations.

The New Logo For Daraz’s Strategic Transformation
