Patience is required while signing up for the Nepal Police app
I tried to check the app myself for this post. To my bemusement, the app sends a verification code to my email, but it took very long to arrive, and by the time I got it, the time had expired, and I needed another OTP. It worked after two attempts.
You may also want to check your spam folder to see if there’s the code from the app for the sign-up process.
You can file your complaints on the app under different categories, such as accidents, domestic violence, financial fraud, theft, etc.
