Already popular for smartwatches, this is the company’s take on providing a band with a bigger display with a rectangular form factor. Beginning off its design, Amazfit Band 7 boasts a rectangular form factor. The watch’s dimension is 42.33×24.36×12.2mm. The body is made up of polycarbonate and there are no physical buttons. So, it relies entirely on gestures. On the bottom part, there are 3.0 Biometric PPG heart rate and SPo2 monitoring sensors.
Coming to the display, the smart band sports a 1.47′ AMOLED panel with 198×368 resolution. The rectangular screen has a 282 PPI. The company has also provided a 3D Tempered glass and anti-fingerprint coating for protection. Also, the smartwatch is 5 ATM water resistant.

The band comes with 120 sports modes. It can track a bunch of exercises like running, walking, basketball, swimming, treadmill, hiking, cycling, etc. The smart wearable also features 24 hours monitoring of heartbeat, Spo2, and stress levels. There is also automatic workout detection for 4 exercises.
Talking about other features, the band also has female health tracking, PAI, breathing exercises, an alarm, a world clock, etc. Running on Zepp OS, it can display notifications of apps as per settings and also lets you reject calls from the band itself. Also, calls cannot be made or answered via the band due to the lack of a speaker.
Battery and Other Specs
The smart band gets its juice from a 232 mAh battery. As per the official site, the cell takes 2 hours for a full charge. On typical usage, it can last for 18 days while on super battery saving mode, it can go along for 287 days. Likewise, on heavy usage, the band will last for 12 days.

For connectivity, the band relies on Bluetooth 5.2 technology. It is compatible with Android 7.0 & above and iOS 12 & above. With a mic onboard, there is Alexa support too. But, there is no GPS and it uses the smartphone’s GPS instead.
